Congratulations! You’ve chosen to make
your wellbeing a priority. I applaud
your decision to take good care of your body, especially at a time of such intense
academic focus. If you take me on as
your trainer, you’ll remember our partnership as yet another tool you used to
realize your full potential at Smith.
As a Smithie ('02) I experienced all the same
temptations and challenges you will face this semester, and can help you
overcome each one in turn. I’ll provide the information and support you need to
reach the goals you already have, and many of which you haven't yet dreamed. Using my unique, firsthand knowledge and
experience, I’ll fashion you a program to produce the results you desire. I'll teach you brand new skills, help you
adopt healthier patterns, and give you the support you need to succeed before,
during and after each session.
